Inspiration from my Secret Sister Starcard

I was so inspired by the Starcard I was given by my Secret sister that I made one for myself. I had made one years ago that Creative Memories Consultants had Demonstrated with photo's in it, but this is a very different style. I will try to find my old one and post photo's.

I have sent this to my Ustamp Swap sister Jennifer Valeri in California, along with some other presents with a Vintage theme.

Scrapshare Secret Santa

This afternoon my Secret Santa gift arrived from my Scrapshare Partner postmarked from New Zealand. My DD 9yrs grabbed the Chocolates and DS 5yrs took the zip pulls and asked what else was for him! Enclosed was a recipe book, cards, chocolates, tags, a purse notelet, embossed paper and Creative Memories product to name a few.

Stampin_Up_In_Oz Secret Santa!

Look just how spoilt I have been with my Secret Santa gift from my Stampin Up In Oz Group. Julie Price has been kind enough to co-ordinate the Swap which is for 3 months, starting with our Christmas presents. The box is similar to one from Ustamp and the 4 jars have glitter in them.

Spring Song Stamp set

I have been practicing my Watercolouring skills with this Stamp set, "Spring Song" which I borrowed from Jenny. There are a few of us that try to catch up at least twice a month for a "Stamp and chat".

Swap for Maria Pane USA

I signed up for the International swap on Ustamp with Dawn and Friends Holiday site. We had to make a card, a gift and a food item from our Country of Origin. I was lucky enough to get an American Demo, Maria Pane. She sent me a tin with cards in it that you can see on her website.

Ustamp with Dawn and Friends Year End Group

This will be the third group I have signed up for and I just love the ideas and friendships that I have made with like minded people from all around the world! It all begins December 1st so keep an eye out for some of my projects.

"Happy Birthday"

I saw the idea of these cakes on Splitcoast Stampers and fell in love with them. Brave me decided to make them for my children's birthdays. I needed 60 pieces in all and each layer had to be a slightly different size! To make the Zoo Animals I used a friends Cricut Machine and the flowers were from a SU Salebration set.

The crown on top of the White cake was from Janine Tinklenberg "Queen for a day box" idea.

Ustamp with Dawn and Friends Xmas Group

Yes I have signed up for another of Dawn's Groups! I had so much fun completing the projects from the last one that I had to see what they could come up with for the Christmas season. So far there is an Album Idea, Christmas Ornaments and boxes. Watch this space for photos!

RAK's received from "Stampin_Up_In_Oz"

Nikki Stalker, an Australian Stampin Up Demo, has started a Yahoo Group called Stampin_Up_In_Oz and we try to send a RAK Card or Gift once a month to people in the group. This is a great way to share new ideas and it is also fun as you don't know when you will get a lovely surprise in the post. Lets face it the Postman is always so good at delivering BILLS!!
